Our story began in 1989, on just 15 acres.
Today, we farm on 1,000 acres across multiple sites in Western Melbourne and Gippsland and can call on a trusted network of growers who have the same passion for premium quality produce as we do. Our clients love our wide variety of premium quality produce.

Tripod Farmers operates multiple sites across two different regions of Victoria and owns multiple independent water sources. The size and scale of our operation means minimal supply risks to our customers and allows for short-notice increases to customer order volumes.

We’re third and fourth generation farmers with over 120 years of experience. Our team specialises in the production of gourmet lettuce and brings years of knowledge and passion to deliver you the best produce.
Tripod Farmers currently employs people in roles such as planting, harvesting, packing, freight and delivery, sales, administration and finance.
