Baby Cos Lettuce

Cos Lettuce (also known as Romaine Lettuce) is a variety made famous by the Caesar Salad. At Tripod Farmers, we grow full head Cos Lettuce, Cos Hearts and Baby Cos, all with their own unique qualities and crisp texture. Baby Cos has a smaller leaf than Cos Lettuce and a delicate, juicy flavour.
