Mache

Mache is a spoon-shaped green leaf with a velvety and soft texture. Known for it’s hardiness and ability to grow in cold weather conditions, Mache is also known as Corn Salad, Field Salad, Field Lettuce, Lamb’s Lettuce, or Lamb’s Tongue.
