Baby Cos Lettuce

Cos lettuce is a variety made famous by the Caesar Salad.  Tripod Farmers grows full head Cos Lettuce, Cos Hearts and Baby Cos, all with their own unique qualities and crisp crunchy texture that everyone loves.

Flavour and texture

The different parts of Cos Lettuce provide a different flavour and texture to the palate. Large, full head Cos Lettuce is distinguished by its elongated head, dark green, long, crisp and stiff leaves.

Cos Hearts are the centre of the full head variety and have long, lighter coloured leaves.

The Baby Cos is a much smaller leaf and is lighter in colour.  The flavour is delicate and juicy.
