Wasabi Salad with Pear, Blue Cheese and Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 x 100g packet We Wash n’ Toss Wasabi Salad leaves
- 1 Buerre Bosc Pear
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- ½ cup of pistachio kernals
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- mixed baby herbs
- 200g of blue cheese
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 30ml of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Finely slice pear and toss together with We Wash n’ Toss Wasabi
leaves in a large salad bowl. - Add dried cranberries, pistachios and crumbled blue cheese.
Gently mix through. - In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar
and honey until combined. - Pour over the salad mixture and top with prosciutto
and mixed baby herbs. - Serve and enjoy.
