Wasabi Salad with Pear, Blue Cheese and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1 x 100g packet We Wash n’ Toss Wasabi Salad leaves
  • 1 Buerre Bosc Pear
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries
  • ½ cup of pistachio kernals
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • mixed baby herbs
  • 200g of blue cheese
  • 6 slices of prosciutto
  • 30ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Finely slice pear and toss together with We Wash n’ Toss Wasabi
    leaves in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add dried cranberries, pistachios and crumbled blue cheese.
    Gently mix through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar
    and honey until combined.
  4. Pour over the salad mixture and top with prosciutto
    and mixed baby herbs.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
